Дом находится в первой линии от моря. Отличное расположение для утренних и вечерних прогулок по набережной без долгой дороги. Солнце садиться в море, можно наслаждаться закатами рядом с домом. На територии новая детская площадка. Двор тихий тенистый. Рядом рынок, через 2 улицы, в шаговой доступности.
В квартире нельзя курить.
Готова рассмотреть заселение с животными.
При длительном заселении более 10 дней, возможен торг.
