Во дворе расположены места для отдыха и принятия пищи на свежем воздухе. До моря пять минут простым шагом (с выходом на песчаный пляж) и ровно пять минут до центрального рынка. Для семей с маленькими детьми выдаём детские: кроватки, горшки, коляски, ванночки для купания, стульчики для кормления, самокаты для прогулок. Встречаем со станций: каневская, брюховецкая, тимашевская, краснодар. Отдыхающим у нас помогаем познакомиться с нашим городом: где и как можно отдохнуть (по нашему району), посетить экскурсии, подобрать для покупки жильё, вкусно покушать. Предлагаем проверенное: домашнее вино, чачу, мёд.
